they chucked because it would not print .. ..duh it had a paper jam .. i brought it home opened up the back via ..a button
pulled out the piece of paper ..and it works fine ..now that it does not have a full ream of 550 pages shoved into it ,, the drawer is only for 250 sheets!

Careful with that bad boy....I'm having fits with the E324. The jam sensor in the tray is twitchy...the guy who's using it (one of my very careful, does-what-he's-told users) has to keep the tray loaded for continuous print. Otherwise, it works fine.

just gotta use good paper from what i have seen
used some from work (out of the left over expensive ream ) it jams
used some cheap /decent staples paper ..works fine
but for free .. OVERALL ..it works great!

gets better .. today i went into work and they found a brand new 2500 page toner cartridge laying around (still in the original box .. unopened) for it and gave it to me FOR FREE
