InGame Browser FIX -- EASY -- READ!

Hi folks! If you're having trouble getting the in-game browser working, and you don't wanna go through that whole rigamarole involving pak4 and pak5 and such, just do the following:

1. Start up Urban Terror
2. Bring down the console by hitting ` or ~
3. Enter in /seta ui_ingameMaster 0
4. Go to the ingame browser, change to internet, hit "get new list" and enjoy!
