Ok all you experts out there what would be my best bet for a Intel 478 chipset board. I'm running a 2.2ghz and the cooler looking the better since i can see inside with the window in my case mod

its running my 3ghz overclocked P4 at 26C(its cold in my house, lol) its very loud on the high setting, but it has a low and medium fan setting

for $18 its cheap and looks cool too
