Ok guys,,i'm confused. When i bought my system about 6mts ago, i purchased an Intel 2.2 Northwood along with an Asus P4B266-C Mobo. Now when i got the system home, i'm positive i double checked all the hardware components were right in the control panel and everything was kosher. Last weekend, i did a complete format and reinstall from WinME to WinXP and it's now telling me i have a 2.0 chip installed. Did i get screwed or did i screw something up.

In the bios, what is your fsb set to? Anyway, a reformat should not alter any bios settings if your hardware configuration didn't change. Does wincpu work with P4's?

Yep,,says i'm runnin a 2.0, dam guess ill be O/C my chip and vid card that much sooner now. Dam it now i gotta dig up my receipt for the system. Good luck to me.
