Hey.. Eliminator told me to post in here for some help
I have a digital camera that I lost the software for (software to let me transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer)
I've been searching on the interent using the words "Kodak DX3600 Zoom Digital Camera" because that's what it is... but the only thing I've gotten is software called "EasyShare" which I cannot use.
If you guys can find any software that lets you transfer pictures on that digital camera, I'll be very, very grateful. Thanks

Kitty, Why can't you use Easyshare? I hunted around also, but can't seem to find anything besides that for your model.
I have a CD that came with my DC215 that I would glady copy for ya, but not sure if it would work or not. The DC215 camera connects via the serial port. This was way to slow for my tastes I bought a card reader a few years back. Since then I have not used the software and really don't even remember what was on the disc.
Let me know.

yes buy a Sandisk Card Reader to transfer your photos, using the camera is slow and drains the battery
you can get Sandisks anywhere and they are bout $20, and then you wont need the Kodak software anymore

Yeah I know with XP you don't need the software. I figured that out a while back when I had XP. I think that's why I didn't look for my software earlier, cause I didn't need it. I think I'll buy that scandisk thing cause I hate how my batteries last like 10 minutes in the camera. Thanks guys
eat. drink. and be merry.

That is weird about the batteries. I had the 3500 Kodak and took over 80 flash pictures in Chicago without changing the batteries. I never had a problem with batteries. Hmmm, wonder what's up with your camera.
